Sheehan and Sullivan are situated very close to Suttons on Monaghan Road, a short stroll from the city centre. Another derelict business site within a mile or two of the city centre; I’m amazed that this area hasn’t been totally redeveloped. I wonder is it part of the docklands development plan which is supposed to transform the docks into plush apartments and business estates?

Seemingly the development is from that big eyesore skyscraper right out to the showgrounds.. Poor old bandrooms to be moved from there to make way for the penthouse suites!
I wonder will that still go ahead with the recent change in fortune for property? Something needs to be done though. I didn’t realise there were band rooms down this direction. You in a band?
